The AFS Annual meeting, to be held in the Washington State Convention Center, Seattle, September 4-8, 2011, provides a tremendous opportunity to promote your organization while financially supporting the mission and activities of AFS Total registration will exceed 3,500. The technical portion of the conference consists of symposia, contributed talks, and a large poster session. The program also includes Continuing Education Workshops and an exciting Trade Show. Networking opportunities will abound at 4 stimulating social events. See the Conference Home Page for all the exciting conference details.
We are soliciting donations of funding or products to support this important event Your donation will give you many Sponsorship benefits to increase your visibility. This conference presents a tremendous opportunity for donors to generate increased name, product, and mission recognition to professionals and businesses not only in the Pacific Northwest, but throughout the United States and many foreign countries
Contributions are tax deductible and will support the mission and activities of AFS, including many student activities. New this year; a small portion of the donations will go toward a special joint project of AFS and the Sustainable Fisheries Foundation: the international implementation of Ecologists Without Borders, currently in its foundation stages.
Booth space is also available at the Trade Show for purchase and is complementary for higher level donors. Sponsorship at lower levels can be combined with a booth purchase for increased benefits. There are also benefits for payments received prior to March 15, 2011.
You may also consider contributing items to our annual Auction. Proceeds support the AFS Skinner Fund which is used to fund travel of deserving fisheries students to the AFS Annual Meeting.
