Meeting Room Requests

Are you planning a meeting in conjunction with the AFS meeting in Seattle? If so, we need your request for meeting space. Please complete the Meeting Room Request form, then attach it to an email addressed to amy.mai [at] The 2011 Local Arrangements Committee will schedule the meeting room space and have tables and chairs per your request. If you have audio-visual or catering needs you will have to pay for these services, and we will connect you with hotel staff to make these arrangements. Meeting space will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Note: Special meetings will not be scheduled during the Plenary Session (8 am to 12 pm Monday, Sept 5) or the AFS Business Meeting (3:30 pm to 5:30 pm Tuesday, Sept 6). We recommend that you consult the Schedule-at-a-Glance when selecting your meeting times.
